“A luxury hotel chain in Nashville has warned its customers of a data breach that may have occurred over a three-year period.
The Hutton Hotel put a statement on its website letting customers know some guests’ credit and debit card payment information may have been stolen.
Hotel officials said cyber thieves installed a program into their payment processing system to steal guests’ information.
The breach could affect anyone who stayed at any Hutton Hotel nationwide between September 19, 2012 to April 16, 2015.
